Our Cov, Cold & Flu Remedy brings together Aromatherapy and Rongoa to provide a powerful anti-viral, anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory blend designed especially for respiratory infections. Essential oils have been selected which clinical studies have shown are effective in neutralising various corona and flu viruses, reducing symptoms and buying extra time for your body to mount its own immune response.
The properties of the plant oils can also provide some relief from non-respiratory related conditions such as cold-sores and miscellaneous infections.
When suffering symptoms of respiratory viral infections, use a diffuser or apply directly to the chest, throat and nose areas (especially anywhere it is sore) breathing the vapours and allowing the oils to permeate. For cold sores, apply directly to the affected area. May also be used in a bath, bowl of hot water, paper tissues etc. When bathing, add several drops of the blend to a warm bath and soak for a few minutes before using soap or shampoo. Some people enjoy using the blend in the bath even when well as it can be quite refreshing.
As generally only small quantities are required, you should find that the blend lasts well.
Store in a cool, dark location away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.
Precautions: External use only. Keep out of reach of children. For infants it is recommended to diffuse rather than apply directly.
As with all remedies, please give your body adequate care and rest and pay attention to published practices for general hygiene, hand washing, social distancing etc. Consult with your medical practitioner if you suffer persistent cough, high fever, loss of smell and/or shortness of breath especially if you are in at-risk categories.
We work hard to make our blends both effective and safe to use. In the unlikely event that use of this blend causes any skin irritation, take a break from direct use on the skin and instead use it in a diffuser, on paper tissue or via other inhalation methods so you can still use it to gain relief from respiratory ailments.
