Refund policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase or if is damaged on receipt, we want to know.

Please contact us and we will, on discussion with yourself, refund or replace your product if purchased less than 90 days from the time you contacted us. If it falls outside of that 90 day window, we still would like to hear from you if we might be able to rectify any fault. We want you to be a happy (and repeat) customer.

We do also invite feedback (irrespective of any need to report issues) so don't be afraid to communicate with us. We do listen to our customers.
